In case you are wondering about the unconventional title, it is short hand of a commonly used alternate guitar tuning, in which the strings are tuned to the notes DADGAD.  This song was built on some chords and a melody I came up with while experimenting with the tuning.  The lyrics were written to suit the mood created by the music.
